We are currently seeking a talented, motivated individual with a passion for technology and strong customer service and project management skills to lead our Customer Care Department. The Customer Care Department Manager is responsible for managing the day to day management, development, culture, coaching, and functions of our Client Support, Training, and Software Implementation departments. The ideal CCD Manager thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrates superior organizational skills and attention to detail, and excels at multi-tasking while developing positive relationships with priority clients.
As our CCD Manager, you must be comfortable with communicating at all levels, as our client contacts include computer novices, health care providers, IT professionals, and executives. You will be expected to problem solve escalations and interact with both internal and external clients, maintain a close understanding of the immediate business, report on applicable metrics, and ensure successful management of client/account relationships.
The ideal CCD Manager is a superior mentor to the team, delivers top quality client service, and excels under pressure. You must be a mature-minded individual, capable of working well with a diverse group, and exhibit a professional appearance.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills
Experience with at least one database engine and SQL language: Access; SQL Server, Oracle
Experience with at least one high level programming language is a plus: C++, C#, HTML
Experience with HL7 interface protocols is a plus
Experience in healthcare management and/or healthcare software implementation
Strong technical background, including software management
Mature-minded self-starter, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness and ability to travel if necessary
